With the increasing demand on automobile gas cylinders, there is a necessity of creation of a high technological production in Uzbekistan with the help of advanced technologies that meet all international requirements set forth to such production.
For realization of such a necessity Uzbek-Korean joint venture, KO-UNG CYLINDER LLC was established by Korea Gas Corporation, KOLON Corporation, CNG specialized company NK and Uzbekneftegaz. CNG cylinder manufacturing plant is being constructed in Navoi FEZ with full support, such as various kinds of tax exemption and extremely low cost of land.
KO-UNG CYLINDER LLC will start its production from November, 2012 with semi-finished products and will run its full production line from July, 2013 to provide high quality products to Uzbekistan domestic market including local automobile manufacturers and CIS countries.
KO-UNG CYLINDER LLC will grow as a representative environment-friendly enterprise in Uzbekistan Automobile Industry and will become a good example of foreign investment enterprises as a landmark in FEZ Navoi.
