Within 10 working days from the date the investment agreement has been signed, in cases stipulated by the legislation, the investor presents to the registering agency relevant documents required for state registration of economic entity.
State registration of economic establishments created by the investors to locate on the territory of Navoi FEZ is carried out in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for state registration of legal entities.
Necessary documents required for state registration are prepared at the investor’s option:
- by the investor themselves;
- on a contractual basis – by the Directorate of Navoi FEZ or by other persons.
After state registration by the investor, the following documents shall be presented to the Directorate of Navoi FEZ:
- an application to include into the register of participants of Navoi FEZ ;
- a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
- documents confirming payments for registration as a participant of Navoi FEZ in the amount EURO 1200.
The Directorate of Navoi FEZ, based on presented documents, within 2 working days, includes the economic establishment into the register of participants of Navoi FEZ and issues a certificate of the participant of Navoi FEZ.
A document confirming registration of the economic establishments as a participant of Navoi FEZ is a Certificate of participant of Navoi FEZ issued by the Directorate of Navoi FEZ.
Within 2 working days the Directorate of Navoi FEZ based on presented documents includes economic entity into the register of participants of Navoi FEZ and gives Certificate of participant of Navoi FEZ.
A document certifying registration of economic entities as a participant of Navoi FEZ is a Certificate of participant of Navoi FEZ issued by the Directorate of Navoi FEZ.
